Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (€12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over €50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
*Note: Delivery to Asia and some remote areas may not be available.

Returns & Exchanges
While we hope you’ll adore your Absolème jewelry, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed to be as refined as our creations.
Return Eligibility
You have 15 days from receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible:
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons and in compliance with regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:
- Boucles d’oreilles (earrings)
- Mini créoles vendues à l’unité (single mini hoop earrings)
Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request

- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – [Order Number]
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preference: refund or exchange (specify desired item if exchanging)
- Complete return address
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once approved:
- Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging
- Include all accessories, certificates, and documentation
- Add a copy of your invoice or order confirmation
- Securely seal the package
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive and inspect the returned item
- If the new item has a different price, we’ll adjust the amount via refund or additional payment
- We’ll cover shipping costs for the replacement item
